- The completion guarantee: this guarantee lasts 1 year from the date of delivery of a programme. It covers potential damage that may affect the construction except for those resulting from normal wear and tear or poor maintenance.

- The biennial guarantee: this guarantee lasts 2 years from the date of delivery of a programme. It concerns all the removable elements of the construction (sockets, radiators, cumulus, heated towel rail).

- The ten-year guarantee: this guarantee lasts 10 years from the date of delivery of a programme. It covers unforeseeable damage (cracks, roof problem, infiltration) that could weaken the building and make it uninhabitable.
